well i found out from another player that u can get on beta 3 even thoe its not avtive by going to the leader bored and in search click on beta 3 or search for a plaeyr whos on the beta 3 leader board so for thoes who want to get on beta 3 go ahead but theres a cathc u only get to build 2 buildings at once and the build time is increadibly slow
